We offer a “no questions asked” 14 day return policy on all our products.
You have 14 days from receiving your items to send them back for a full refund, provided they are in the same condition when they arrive with us as they were when they left our warehouse.
We will only pay for return postage in the case of faulty items. If your cards or other items have arrived and the print quality is disappointing or not acceptable, please let us know so we can fix that for you.
Please ensure you get proof of postage for any items you send back to us.
